The Baker Encyclopedia of Christian Apologetics (written by Norm Geisler) has information on pretty much every topic you can think of. It is 791 pages of information on basically everything. I have used it for countless hours of research on different religions such as Islam; and for historical proofs of Christianity. It presents the arguments used by both sides (evolutionists and creationists), and allows the reader to draw their own conclusion.
